An SME onboards a steady stream of new employees through a chain of admin steps. We connected the chain end-to-end — HR creates an employee, an agent provisions their email account, allocates a PBX extension, and sends a welcome message with platform access. Time HR and admin spent on the process was significantly reduced.

A growing company collects expense receipts through Google Drive. An AI agent now reads each upload, indexes the supplier, price, and category, and flags whether the receipt is claimable under the company's expense policy. Finance reviews and approves — instead of typing.

An organisation had a back-catalogue of training videos sitting on their own YouTube channel — useful in theory, unfindable when staff actually needed a specific topic. We built a pipeline that processes each video into a searchable transcript and indexed frames, surfaced through a portal. Staff now look up a topic, jump to the exact timestamp, and watch only the segment they need.

An SME with a small marketing team wanted to make sense of their Google Search Console and Google Ads data without hiring an SEO specialist. An AI agent now surfaces keyword opportunities the site is half-ranking for and drafts brief outlines for articles to write. The team reviews and decides what to publish — the AI clears the analysis, humans keep the editorial call.

A development team needed to keep moving on projects while away from their workstations. We deployed a Telegram-bridged AI agent that lets them give code instructions from their phone — review the change in the chat, approve to commit, ship from the train.
