We define the work and write it down. You approve a one-page plan before anything is built.

Build

A first working version inside the first week, then iteration against real cases. Tested in your environment, on your data, with your team.

Carry

Documentation, a test suite, and the keys all hand over. If we walk away tomorrow, nothing breaks and nothing is held hostage.
